My teaching philosophy focuses on empowering students when it comes to how they learn. By sharing the tools and rationale behind our teaching methods with students and trusting them them to help inform our work, it both removes some of their confusion and frustration associated with the education system, and also increases engagement to learning by empowering and promoting their autonomy and letting them work under the hood of their education alongside you 🔧
